Square Foot Ministries House

Square Foot Ministry (SFM) is a faith based non-profit organization founded in 2002 in Fayetteville, Georgia. SFM brings together volunteer and donors to build and repair homes for low income families in the area. The Rotary Club of Griffin chose to take on a project with SFM and to be the major donor and to recruit other funds to build the house and to strive to find a veteran for the owner of the house. Local veteran organizations partnered with the RCG to search for a veteran owner and to donate to the funding for the house.

The RCG was involved in work days to help build the house. Local industries and groups also volunteered to work on the house during the six month building time. The family has not been chosen at the time of this submission.

Partner Involvement
Veteran Affairs Committee - Provided funds for the project and was involved in the search for a veteran family.
